Terms of Service

These terms apply to portable restroom rental companies (“you”) that use PortaPicker (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them.

What PortaPicker does

PortaPicker is a calculator you add to your website. It applies the inventory and planning rules you configure to a visitor’s answers and shows a suggested starting setup, then sends the visitor to your own quote form or phone number.

Planning estimates only

• Recommendations are planning estimates only. They are not quotes, offers or bookings.
• If you switch on estimated prices, the calculator multiplies recommended quantities by the prices you enter and labels the result as an estimate. You are responsible for keeping those prices accurate, and an estimate is never a binding price or offer.
• PortaPicker does not determine legal, OSHA, ADA, health-code or local-code compliance, and nothing in the service is a statement that a setup meets any such requirement.
• You are responsible for reviewing the recommendations your calculator produces, configuring rules that suit your business, confirming each order with your customer, and applying the requirements that apply in your area.

Subscription and billing

• PortaPicker costs $199 per year for one company website. There is no setup fee.
• Subscriptions are billed annually in advance through Stripe and renew automatically each year.
• You can cancel at any time through the billing portal in your dashboard. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the calculator remains available until the end of the paid period.
• If the price changes, we will notify you by email before your next renewal.

Your responsibilities

• Keep your account details accurate and your sign-in secure.
• Only install the calculator on websites you own or are authorized to manage.
• Only upload content, such as logos and product descriptions, that you have the right to use, and do not use the service for anything unlawful or misleading.

Availability and changes

We work to keep PortaPicker available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may improve or change features over time. If we ever discontinue the service, we will give reasonable notice by email.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made based on calculator recommendations, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending the agreement

You may stop using PortaPicker at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or fail to pay. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data.
