Questions
- What do my website visitors see?
- A short set of questions about their event or jobsite, then a recommended starting setup built from your products, with your company name, colors and wording. A button takes them to your existing quote form, and you can also show your phone number.
- How is the recommendation calculated?
- With deterministic planning rules that you can review and edit, such as people per unit, hours, alcohol or food service, and when to add handwashing or ADA-accessible units. It is not AI: the same answers always produce the same recommendation.
- Does it replace my quote form?
- No. PortaPicker creates no quotes. If you choose, it can show estimated prices from the prices you enter, always labeled as estimates. Visitors continue to the quote form or page you already use, and your team follows up as usual.
- Does it make sure an event or jobsite is compliant?
- No. Results are planning estimates only. PortaPicker does not determine OSHA, ADA, health-code or local-code compliance. You stay responsible for reviewing requests and applying local requirements.
- How do I install it?
- Paste one snippet into your website where you want the calculator to appear, or link to your hosted calculator page. We can help if you get stuck.
